FAQ

  • As soon as you receive a dented box or open a package only to discover broken merchandise, get to work. Take pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it arrived — we need proof to send a claim to the courier company. Hang onto any enclosed packing slips and return labels. If the item is brought into your home as opposed to being left on your porch, inspect it for damage before you’re asked to sign off on the delivery. Please send us photos of the damage to the [email protected] and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
  • In this time couriers are operating normally, but we can’t say what will happen next, also with regard to production at the moment, everything is fine and we continue to work actively within the specified time frames. But unfortunately in such difficult times, I can’t be 100% sure in the near future, although I really hope that covid19 will not affect us.
