  • TRACKING

Please regularly check the status of your parcel using the tracking number until you receive your package. In case of delays or other problems contact us.

  • DAMAGES

If you received a damaged parcel, please ask the courier to note the damage on the receipt. Please make photos that clearly show the extent of box damage and goods damage. Keep the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled.

  • SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please consider that we do not ship parcels to islands and military zones.

  • CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES/TAXES

All parcels are shipped from the European Union (Latvia). Regarding European Union there are no taxes and custom fees applied. All other countries are recognized as third countries and must pay VAT at the time of customs clearance. The tax is levied by the state on the import of goods.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Each country has its own rules for tax amounts and payment order. Every citizen should be responsible and knowledgeable about his country’s taxes.

  • RETURN POLICY

The consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving reasons within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods free of charge (if the consumer has ordered several goods delivered separately in one order – from the day of delivery of the last good) and receive a refund. But please consider that we do not have a return or exchange agreement with courier companies. In case if the customer wants to return the order, customer must pay all the shipping costs. Please, make sure that the returned goods are unused and in the original packaging.
