Once we got notice that our pickler had shipped it arrived very quickly. The craftsmanship that went into the product is amazing and exceeded my expectations. My son loves his pickler but the only complaint I have is that I wish the spacing in between each rung was a bit closer together as he could fall threw. Definitely supervise regardless of age but younger kids who are just starting to climb and use a pickler should have a parent nearby as a safety net. Otherwise, I think it’s perfect.

This climber needs at least *two people* to put it up, but doesn’t say so in the advertising. It is heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. There is not enough guidance on how to line up the wheels to fit it, and the Web images are impossible to follow. It took me 2 hours to arrange it in any position. It takes a long time and is not intuitive. It needs a huge space - don’t forget the space around the item as well as the measurements of the thing itself. The advertising didn’t mention the new Brexit import charges on top of the price of the item, and the millions of emails updating me on the progress of its passage all turned out to be wrong since it didn’t arrive on time. Also, the whole package is a whopping 23kg and that should be mentioned in the advert. The item is well made and it’s no good for our family.
