We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products! The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date you receive the item.

Please note that the warranty is valid only if the item was used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the User Manual and Happymoon Terms and Conditions.

   To apply for warranty service, please fill out the warranty claim form and send it to . Sending photos or videos will expedite the warranty service.

2. Warranty Application for Items Damaged During Shipment 

   
   If your item is damaged during shipping, our warranty service ensures item replacement or refund, provided if the item has not been used before! Contact us immediately after receiving the package. Fill out the warranty claim form and send it to . Please also send photos of the damaged box and item. Please note that in the case of a refund, only the item’s value will be refunded!

3. Warranty Service  

   
   Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we can offer one of the following resolutions:  
   1. Replacement of one or more parts
   2. Replacement of the item
   3. Partial or full refund. 
      The chosen option must be agreed upon by both parties – the seller and customer. To avoid possible mistakes during assembly, we recommend checking the product part list and carefully reading the User Manual before installation. We also offer all spare parts for purchase in case they are lost or damaged during the assembling process. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

4. What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

   1. Normal and natural wear and tear
   2. Wear and tear caused by improper or excessive use
   3. Damage due to falls, accidents, or excessive weight loads
   4. Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or storage
   5. Damage from environmental factors
   6. Attempts to clean, repair, or modify the product inappropriately
   7. Stains from improper use
   8. Parts lost by the customer
   9. Damage or loss due to fire or other causes not arising from material defects and workmanship
   10. Negligence
   11. Commercial use of the product
   12. Theft

5. Standard Requirements for Item Usage and Maintenance:

   1. Assemble according to the User Manual: Always follow the assembly instructions provided in the User Manual to ensure correct and safe assembly.
   2. Use for the intended purpose: Use the item only for its designed purpose. Avoid using it in ways that could cause damage or safety risks.
   3. Weight limit: Do not exceed the item’s specified weight capacity. Overloading can cause structural damage and safety hazards.
   4. Storage: Store the item in a safe, dry place away from humidity to prevent damage.
   5. Cleaning: Clean the item with a dry or slightly damp cloth using only water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals that could damage the item's surface.
   6. Avoid wet weather: Do not use the item outdoors in wet or rainy conditions.
   7. Sunlight: Avoid exposing the item to direct sunlight for extended periods, as it can cause fading, warping, or other damage.
   8. Handle with care: Gentle handling can extend the item's lifespan.

By following these standards, you can extend the lifespan of your items and ensure their safety and functionality.

Our products are made of high-quality materials and undergo careful quality control. However, it's not fully guaranteed that there won’t be occasional damaged parts or damage due to play and use.
