    These terms and conditions must comply with the legal norms applicable in the Republic of Latvia and are supplemented by the current legal norms in case of disputes or missing information. HappyMoon reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions, as well as product prices, for business purposes, competitiveness, and product assortment updates. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the www.happymoon.com website.
  2. Shipping and Delivery

    1. Delivery to Europe, USA, Canada: Approximately 3-6 working days.
    2. Delivery to other countries: Approximately 4-12 working days.
    3. Exclusions: No shipping on weekends and holidays.
    4. Remote Area Shipping: Additional fees for remote areas, with the option for order cancellation if fees are unacceptable.
    5. Restricted Areas: No shipping to certain islands and military zones.
    6. Force Majeure: Temporary delivery restrictions may apply due to unforeseen events.
    7. Couriers: We partner with Fedex, UPS, DPD, Itella, and GLS. Each courier has its own policies, available on their websites.

    5. Bank Debits and Transfers: Available in select countries

  4. Taxes/Custom Fees

    1. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
    2. We do not collect these taxes and cannot be held responsible for the tax systems of different countries.
    3. Undelivered packages due to unpaid customs fees cannot be refunded.

  5. Returns Policy

    1. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery; customers cover return shipping costs.
    2. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a refund.

    1. A 2-year warranty for non-conformity of goods.

In matters not stipulated here, laws of the Republic of Latvia apply. Disputes resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, through Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission or competent courts.
