A surf-style balance board helps improve stability by shifting your weight from side to side or from front to back. It aids in stretching and strengthening various muscle groups, including core muscles (stomach and waist) and lower body muscles (thighs, hamstrings, hips, and buttocks), promoting overall stability.

Using a balance board is also beneficial for rehabilitating leg injuries and can enhance other workouts, making them more dynamic, active, and diverse.

Our balance board has been tested and is recommended using with a maximum load of 130 kg.

When cleaning the items, use a dry or slightly damp cloth with water only. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals that could damage item's surface.
