The only complaint I have is that the longer walls (we ordered a full) are pretty wobbly. Way more than I was expecting. Will be able to figure out something on our own, but for the price I was surprised. Overall, we love it! Our daughter loves it!

They have no customization. I liked the rails a little bit higher but they couldn’t do it.
If you want to make the bed one size bigger they cant send you any extensions and you have to buy a new bed.
We received the bed and noticed we like a bigger size but we had no other options! We had to keep the smaller size.

It is overall fine but with strong odor of paint smell. Given it's for our toddler's bed, I would not recommend to assemble and use it immediately. Mine has been aired out for 2 days but the paint smell is still strong. Not sure how long it will take until we can tolerate the smell..
Item came as expected, the door lock did arrive broken and some of the slats didn't fit perfectly in where they indents were made for them. Overall happy with the product, just those 2 minor things that I noticed.
Wow, this bed exceeded expectations. It was sturdy, easy to put together, and looks beautiful. The seller was super helpful and communicated well, the price point was good and it arrived quickly.
All in all a great experience and product.
Shipping was very fast, and the item was ready earlier than expected. The quality is great and it was not too hard to assemble the bed, however it’s bigger than standard US Queen mattress size and there’s an weird gap between the bed and the mattress. Had to put pillows in this gap. Not sure why the size doesn’t match because I ordered standard US size bed.
All around GREAT! I definitely recommend. My kiddo loves it! Ty so much.
