Shipping

1. Delivery to Europe, USA, Canada: approximately 3-6 working days.
2. Delivery to other countries: approximately 4-12 working days.
3. Exclusions: Shipping does not occur on weekends and holidays.
4. Remote Area Shipping: Higher shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas. If your address is identified as remote during order processing, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping fees. You have the option to cancel the order if these fees are not acceptable.
5. Restricted Areas: We do not ship parcels to certain islands and military zones.
6. Force Majeure: Be aware that temporary territorial delivery restrictions may be imposed due to force majeure events, such as hurricanes, epidemics, wars, and other unforeseen circumstances.
7. We partner with several renowned courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. These include Fedex, UPS, DPD, Itella, and GLS.

Payments

Stripe Payments

6. Ltd. Velo Machine utilizes Stripe, a third-party payment platform, along with the Stripe API, to process credit and debit card transactions securely. By using Stripe Check Out, you agree to adhere to Stripe’s Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Ltd. Velo Machine is not responsible for any transactions and monetary activities conducted through your Stripe account. All payments and financial operations are managed by Stripe. Ltd. Velo Machine will not be liable for any financial interactions or disputes between you and any other parties, including Stripe. You are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed via the Service and/or Stripe. Be aware that Ltd. Velo Machine relies on Stripe's API to operate the Service, which is subject to change and may impact the Service. Processing stolen or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe is strictly prohibited. All transaction data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates.

PayPal Payments

3. PayPal Credit: Available in select countries
4. Other: PayPal Balance, Bank Account (Direct Debit in select countries)
