Our balance circle helps improve stability by shifting your weight from side to side. It aids in stretching and strengthening various muscle groups, including core muscles (stomach and waist) and lower body muscles (thighs, hamstrings, hips, and buttocks), promoting overall stability.

Using a balance circle is also beneficial for rehabilitating leg injuries and can enhance other workouts, making them more dynamic, active, and diverse.

Our balance circle has been tested and is recommended using with a maximum load of 130 kg.

A special anti-slip ornament ensures a secure grip while using the balance circle.
